Role Overview
Mindy Support is hiring a dedicated and analytical Social Media Analyst to join its fast-growing global team. This is a full-time remote position designed for individuals who are passionate about social media analysis, online investigations, and digital content monitoring. The role plays an important part in maintaining content accuracy, identifying suspicious online activities, and supporting high-quality client services while working with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed internet and social media investigations
- Analyze online content for suspicious or red-flag activities
- Perform identity resolution and profile verification tasks
- Prepare accurate and concise client reports
- Monitor and maintain required performance metrics
- Communicate regularly with product managers and team members
- Support quality service delivery and client satisfaction
- Handle Profile Confirmation (PC), Post Rate (PR), and Web Content (WC) tasks
- Maintain focus and productivity while working remotely
