We process your information for the following core purposes:

• Process and forward job applications to employers across 13+ platforms
• Deliver hourly WhatsApp job alerts during business hours (Self Apply service)
• Generate ATS-optimized resumes, cover letters, and career documents (ATS Resume & Cover Letter service)
• Search, customize, and submit applications on your behalf (Apply For Me service)
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles and provide interview preparation materials

Each TalentNep service handles data differently based on its functionality:

Self Apply Service — We collect your WhatsApp number and career preferences to deliver hourly job alerts from verified platforms. Job alert data is processed in real-time and delivered via WhatsApp from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. Your WhatsApp number is only used for alert delivery and is never shared with third parties.

ATS Resume & Cover Letter — When you upload your existing resume or provide career details, we generate ATS-optimized documents tailored to specific job descriptions. Uploaded documents are used solely for generation purposes and stored only for the duration of your quarterly subscription. Generated documents can be exported in PPTX, DOC, DOCX, and PDF formats.

Apply For Me — This full-service plan requires access to your career profile, resume, and target job preferences. Our team searches for relevant positions, customizes your resume and cover letter for each role, and submits applications across LinkedIn, TalentNep, KumariJobs, MeroJob, Naukri, and 13+ other platforms. LinkedIn profile optimization and mock interviews are conducted using the profile data you provide.

TalentNep uses WhatsApp as a primary communication channel for service delivery:

• Self Apply subscribers receive hourly job alerts via WhatsApp during business hours (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM local time)
• Alert delivery operates Sunday–Friday for Nepal, Monday–Friday for India, and Sunday–Saturday for the United States
• General customer support and subscription-related communication is conducted through WhatsApp

For our Apply For Me service, your application data shared with the following job platforms for recruitment purposes:

• Nepal: LinkedIn, TalentNep, KumariJobs, MeroJob, Job Dynamics, MeroRojgari, Jobjee, NecoJobs, Growth Sellers, Rolling Nexus, VocalPanda, InternSathi, and more
• India: Naukri and LinkedIn
• United States: LinkedIn, Y Combinator, Nocollar Jobs, WantRemote, We Work Remotely & Simplify

Data shared with these platforms is limited to what is required for job application submission — typically your name, contact information, resume/CV, and relevant career details. We do not control the privacy practices of third-party platforms and encourage you to review their respective policies.

Documents uploaded and generated through our services are handled with the following policies:

• Resumes and CVs uploaded for ATS optimization are used solely for document generation and are not shared with employers without your explicit request
• Generated ATS-optimized resumes, cover letters, and career documents are available for download in PPTX, DOC, DOCX, and PDF formats
• Uploaded source documents are retained only for the duration of your active quarterly subscription
• For Apply For Me subscribers, customized resumes and cover letters are submitted to employers on your behalf as part of the application process
• Document data is encrypted in transit and stored on secure servers

All TalentNep services operate on a quarterly subscription model:

• Self Apply: NPR 1,599 / ₹1,999 / $249 per quarter
• ATS Resume & Cover Letter: NPR 2,599 / ₹2,999 / $349 per quarter
• Apply For Me: NPR 3,599 / ₹3,999 / $449 per quarter

Payment is processed via bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti, or other digital wallets. We do not store credit card or banking details on our servers — all payment processing is handled by our secure payment partners. Subscription start dates, billing cycles, and payment confirmations are retained for record-keeping purposes.

Your application data is shared only with the respective employers and job platforms for recruitment purposes. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing or any unrelated purpose.

Data may be disclosed only when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TalentNep, our users, or the public.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure:

• All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS
• Uploaded documents and personal data are stored on secure, access-controlled servers
• Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• Regular security audits and updates are performed to maintain protection standards

However, no online platform can guarantee 100% security. We encourage users to use strong passwords and report any suspicious activity.
