TalentNep is designed to connect job seekers with employers and provide professional job application services. Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a professional manner.

• Any use of the platform for unauthorized commercial solicitation or data harvesting is strictly prohibited
• Users must not attempt to interfere with the platform's security features or functionality
• Automated access or scraping of job listings without written permission is not permitted

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when applying for jobs
• You are responsible for the content you submit through application forms
• TalentNep does not guarantee job placement or interview selection
• We work hard to protect you from fake job offers and scams. Please read Job Seeker Safety & Precautions carefully before applying

• Employers must provide accurate and legitimate job information
• Misleading, fraudulent, or illegal job postings are strictly prohibited
• Purchased job posting plans are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and cannot be carried forward
• Employers are responsible for handling candidate data ethically and securely in accordance with relevant privacy laws

TalentNep acts as a platform to display job opportunities and facilitate applications. We do not directly participate in hiring decisions or employment agreements between job seekers and employers. We act as a conduit, not a party to the contract.

For Apply For Me subscribers, applications are submitted across LinkedIn, TalentNep, KumariJobs, MeroJob, Job Dynamics, and 13+ other platforms. The accuracy of job listings is the responsibility of the posting employer.

By using TalentNep, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We prioritize minimal data footprint while maintaining high platform utility.

• Resume and document data is used solely for the service you subscribe to
• WhatsApp numbers are used exclusively for job alert delivery and service communication
• Data is never sold, traded, or rented to third parties for marketing purposes

All content, design, and functionality on TalentNep are the property of the platform and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written permission. This includes but is not limited to website design, logos, text, graphics, and software.

TalentNep is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of job listings posted by employers
• Any loss or damage resulting from job applications or employment decisions
• Interactions between job seekers and employers outside the platform
• Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (Website, Hosting, Domain, LinkedIn, Job portals, WhatsApp)

Job seekers are not required to create an account to browse or apply for jobs. Employer account registration is required to post job listings and manage applications through the employer dashboard.

Self Apply uses WhatsApp for all communication, so no separate account or login is required. However, Apply For Me subscribers receive access to a dedicated portal where they can track the jobs submitted on their behalf by the TalentNep team.

TalentNep reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for users who violate these terms or engage in harmful activities, including but not limited to spamming, fraudulent postings, or attempted system breaches.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, with all disputes falling under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kathmandu courts.
