Job Description
Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Service Coordinator to oversee and support daily service operations within the automobile or heavy equipment industry. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient coordination between customers, service technicians, and management while maintaining high service standards, timely issue resolution, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day service operations.
  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities and breakdown support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers, service teams, and management.
  • Monitor service requests and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain accurate service records, maintenance history, and warranty documentation.
  • Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Track service performance and prepare regular operational reports.
  • Coordinate spare parts requirements and inventory follow-ups.
  • Ensure all service-related documentation is properly maintained.
  • Support continuous improvement of service processes and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of service operations and coordination processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple service activities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment servicing practices.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries and service-related issues.
  • Ability to maintain accurate service records and reports.
  • Familiarity with warranty claim processing and documentation.

Experience & Education
  • 3–4 years of experience in a Service Coordinator, Service Advisor, or Service Operations role.
  • Mandatory industry experience in Automobile, Construction Equipment, Commercial Vehicle, Heavy Equipment, or related sectors.
  • Relevant technical diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
