Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Female Candidate for the position of Tour Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating tours, managing travel operations, assisting clients, and ensuring a smooth travel experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating travel arrangements, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international tour packages.
  • Manage tour itineraries and travel schedules.
  • Communicate with clients regarding travel arrangements and tour details.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and travel partners.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
  • Ensure smooth tour operations before, during, and after trips.
  • Maintain tour records, bookings, and travel documentation.
  • Assist in resolving travel-related issues and customer concerns.
