Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, equipment, and workstations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support daily café operations and teamwork activities.

• Up to 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role.
