Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Representative to promote and sell POS (Point of Sale) software solutions to restaurants across Kathmandu Valley. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting potential clients, demonstrating software solutions, generating leads, and converting opportunities into sales. This role offers a combination of base salary and performance-based commission, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, client interaction, and achieving targets.
Responsibilities
Visit restaurants and hospitality businesses across Kathmandu Valley.
Present and demonstrate POS software solutions to prospective clients.
Identify new sales opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of client visits, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
Coordinate with the support and implementation team after successful sales.
Gather customer feedback and market insights.
Requirements
