Role Overview

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier to manage daily cash transactions and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will handle payments accurately, maintain transaction records, and ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers while supporting daily business operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process cash, card, and digital payments.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
• Assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Report any payment discrepancies to management.
• Support general administrative and operational tasks when required.
